Capitol Hill Premium Cigars & Tobacco (CHPC&T) is a tobacco retail store located in the Northeast quadrant of Washington, DC at 1006 Florida Avenue. The first floor is open to the public and invites customers to enter a large custom-designed walk-in humidor stocked with different brands of imported premium cigars. The second floor is a place for private members to retire for the evening and enjoy a fine cigar with an equally fine spirit. 

CHPC&T is a gathering place with a fraternal feel, free of smoking bans and cringing faces where the true smoker is the majority. The second floor is designed with a full cash bar that houses a large selection of single malt Scotches, Cognacs, Ports and Bourbons.  Members can enjoy an array of amenities including several large screen TVs, surround sound, high speed wireless internet and personalized cigar lockers.  CHPC&T prides itself on the ability to combine good music, ambient lighting, warm colors and comfortable seating to create an Afro-Cuban style atmosphere.  This environment fosters leisurely pleasures where good friends and great cigars can come together. 

Membership which is open to the general public is by application only. CHPC&T offers two levels membership opportunities for the Cigar Enthusiast and Cigar Comrade.

Full access to the cigar smoking lounge & bar during hours of operation
Opportunity to entertain two (2) guests per visit with pre-approval from management  
Opportunity to utilize the lounge & bar two (2) times throughout the life of the one year agreement to entertain parties up to ten people with pre approval from CHPC&T management
